JSW Steel planned the rollout of experience centres across West, East, and South India with clearly defined branded format guidelines and expectations on finish, alignment, and overall build quality. Execution across locations, however, remained inconsistent due to fragmented delivery, resulting in gaps in surface finishing, element alignment, brand integration, and site readiness, along with repeated timeline delays.
Metamorph established a controlled execution system across all locations, bringing together central project management, defined processes, and aligned on-ground teams to ensure that each experience centre was delivered with consistent quality, detailing, and readiness.
Execution
Execution gaps observed across sites were addressed through structured interventions at each stage. Surface finishing was standardised through controlled fabrication and quality checks, improving consistency across locations. Element alignment was corrected through precision-led installation and detailing, ensuring uniformity in how each space was experienced. Brand integration was maintained through strict adherence to format guidelines, preventing variation across sites. Site readiness was treated as part of execution, with final detailing and deep-clean handovers ensuring that each centre was delivered in a complete, usable condition.
Timeline delays were addressed through planned sequencing and coordination, while overall control across locations was established through a central project management structure supported by aligned on-ground teams. Execution was carried out across West, East, and South zones, with each experience centre delivered within a defined 30-day timeline. Underperforming sites were also rectified and aligned to required standards.

Execution across locations was standardised, resulting in consistent build quality, improved finishing, and better alignment with brand guidelines. Delivery timelines became predictable, site readiness improved, and the overall brand presence across dealer touchpoints was strengthened.
