Retail 3D Visualiser / Interior Visualiser (Branding & VM)
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to design and present compelling retail environments and branded spaces. The role involves translating brand concepts into high-quality 3D visuals for stores, kiosks, and VM displays.
Key Responsibilities
- Create photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for retail interiors, kiosks, and visual merchandising displays
- Translate brand guidelines and briefs into impactful spatial designs
- Develop mood boards, concepts, and presentation visuals
- Optimize layouts, materials, lighting, and customer flow in retail spaces
- Collaborate with internal teams and present concepts to clients
- Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in retail/interior 3D visualization
- Strong portfolio of retail spaces, VM displays, or branded environments
- Proficiency in 3ds Max / SketchUp / V-Ray / Adobe Suite
- Understanding of retail design, branding, and customer experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
Preferred
- Experience with AR/VR or immersive design
- Knowledge of materials and retail execution

Role Description
We’re looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and revenue growth across India. This strategic role combines market insight with execution, positioning you as the face of Metamorph to potential clients. You’ll identify opportunities, build relationships, and co-create impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on both financial performance and client satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, real estate, and design-led sectors
- Build a strong understanding of client needs, pain points, and project objectives
- Present customised solutions based on Metamorph’s portfolio of branding, signage, and space
- development services
- Conduct high-impact client meetings and represent the organization at industry events
- Manage the complete business development lifecycle – from lead generation to proposal,
- negotiation, and closure
- Ensure adherence to internal processes while preparing contracts and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, revenue pipeline, and client interactions
- Provide post-sales support in collaboration with client servicing and operations teams
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in B2B sales/business development
- Minimum 3 years in sectors like retail fit-outs, building materials, signage, VM, or architectural services
- Strong track record in consultative selling to retail brands, design firms, developers, or government institutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English (spoken & written); knowledge of a South Indian language is a plus
- Hands-on proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and sales reporting tools
- Willingness to travel across regions for business meetings and project oversight
- Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA with an engineering background will be an added advantage
